Doctor of Sociology and Lecturer and Consultant at the University of West Brittany in Brest, France. Morucci is also a lecturer of the European Union, and member of the “Team Europe France” network of the European Commission, where he intervenes in questions of European Citizenship, social policies, intercultural dialogue, and religious and secularity matters. In 1989, Morucci founded and now presides over the Maison de l’Europe of Brest and West Brittany and participates in subjects of the European Affairs Conference of Brittany.
